School Infrastructure Projects

School Infrastructure NSW are committed to the delivery of the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW with an extensive building program of new and upgraded schools over the next four years.

SCT Consulting have been providing support for the planning and delivery of more than 15 primary and high schools across the Sydney metropolitan area, extending to the Hunter Valley region. This has included the following schools: new primary school (PS) in Rhodes, Epping West PS, Epping South PS, Canterbury South PS, Wentworth Point PS, Oran Park PS, Muswellbrook South PS, Kyeemagh PS, Bankstown North PS, New High School in Sydney Olympic Park, , Strathfield South High school (HS), Concord HS, Sanctuary Drive HS and  The Forest High.

Our team has assisted School Infrastructure NSW through the provision of expert advice throughout the planning process. This has resulted in the delivery of School Transport Plans and Rapid Transport Assessments for development approvals (State Significant Development Applications / Development Applications) for new and upgraded schools.

Green Travel Plans and Travel Access Guides were also prepared to support sustainable travel initiatives required to minimise the traffic impacts on the surrounding environment and communities.

Engaging with additional key stakeholders such as Department of Planning and Environment, Transport for NSW, Councils and the school communities to support the SSDA and DA process has been instrumental in the delivery of these projects.

Strong knowledge in relation to all traffic requirements, and a high level of ability in stakeholder engagement with challenging projects.
